FAQ 1. How do you conduct quality control?
We take product quality very seriously. To ensure this, our quality control team is deeply involved in every stage of the production process. Each batch of products undergoes rigorous testing, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), before shipment. Additionally, SGS conducts pre-shipment inspections to guarantee product quality.
2. Do you provide samples?
Absolutely! We are happy to provide samples upon request. Once we receive your inquiry, we will promptly arrange sample delivery.
3. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% advance payment via T/T, with the remaining 70% paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept sight Letters of Credit (L/C).
4. How can I track my shipment after payment?
Rest assured, we will keep you updated on shipment details. Information such as packing details, tracking numbers, shipping photos, and transport documents will be sent to your email in a timely manner.
5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 20 metric tons.
6. Can you customize packaging or print our logo?
Yes, we welcome and accept OEM orders!
7. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer. Our production base is located in the scenic Ningxia Autonomous Region, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 metric tons. You are warmly invited to visit our factory.
