Product Parameters

Al2O3 CaO SiO2 (the content can be adjusted). During the smelting process, the steel plant can add the metal aluminum component according to the different needs of the steel type. After the proportioning, crushing ball milling, and stirring and pressing processes, the pellet size is maintained at 5-50mm. The ball has a bearing capacity of 75 kg, which is convenient for transportation and easy operation.
The Usage of Refining slags:
Put the refining slag into the ladle before tapping, because the molten steel flows into the ladle from the upper layer, the molten steel and the refining slag are vigorously stirred, and the refining slag is quickly melted into the molten steel, and then aggregates and floats. Because of the strong reducibility of the refining slag, it has a strong deoxidation and desulfurization ability, which can remove oxygen and sulfur impurities in the molten steel during the mixing process of molten steel. At present, the desulfurization capacity of refined slag can reach more than 85%, which is a very good steelmaking additive.
